What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Find a path that genuinely excites you—when your work aligns with your personal interests, like mine does when I’m organizing fun events like a beachside pickleball tournament, it becomes far more fulfilling than just chasing a paycheck.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the unexpected challenges in my field is figuring out what to wear to events—finding something that feels stylish, age-appropriate, and comfortable as a 50-year-old woman isn’t always easy.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Follow-through and honesty are the values I hold most important in both my work and personal life—especially in sales, where trust and reliability are everything.
