You are not just an assistant. Your work keeps the business running. You're managing time, logistics, communication, and often emotions - you are a strategist in disguise. Don't downplay the role. Show up with confidence and respect.

In both work and personal life, I value balance, integrity, and respect. I believe in setting clear boundaries that protect my time, energy, and well-being, while still showing up fully and professionally. Living and working in alignment with these values helps me stay grounded, grow with purpose, and be the best mom I can be to my two beautiful boys.
